Hello! And welcome to my corner of the internet- My name is Sara Silvestri. I am an experienced business professional with expertise working on the marketing side of the publishing/fashion/beauty industries. With proven skills in digital marketing, social media, copywriting, graphic design, brand building, event planning, and leadership, I am always seeking to expand my areas of expertise and have a desire to foster a deeper understanding of the business industry and the marketing landscape.

With a bachelor of business administration specialized in Marketing and a minor in Multimedia Journalism, I bring both an analytical and creative lens to all aspects of my work. I am a passionate, driven, and curious individual pursuing all opportunities with strong interests in marketing/digital marketing, public relations, buying/merchandising, and market research.

My understanding of branding is nurtured by my creative nature and by my first role post grad at Modern Luxury Media. As I’ve navigated COVID-19 and a job loss, I am currently a full-time freelancer on the Digital and Integrated Marketing team at PPI Beauty. I am representing the national and global brands Real Techniques, EcoTools and Freeman beauty. My deep love for the beauty, fashion, and retail industries give me a perspective on the business landscape that is unique. As a Loyola Chicago Quinlan School of Business alumna, I am equally data-driven with a background in the supply chain, economics, data analytics, and finance.

When offline, you can find me exploring my love of photography, fashion, food, and dining. I am currently an active member of The Co-Lab and am volunteering with Rise Together Collective to bring a community together for event marketing industry professionals.
